A charming little village with pretty, old houses, built of stone, extracted from the town’s famous quarries (founded in the 15th century). The same stone was used for the arenas in Arles and Nîmes. The town’ greatest sight is the Moulin de Daudet, where Alphonse Daudet is supposed to have written his book Letters from my mill. The mill is now home for a museum with exhibits of manuscripts, photos and different items, having supposedly belonged to Daudet.
