Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. The apartment is situated in a very calm area and still very close to the city centre, the beach and the airport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a shower room and a separate toilet. There are 2 terraces, the big one with a magnificent panoramic view to the sea. There is a private parking to the apartment.
The apartment is completely renovated in the spring 2007, new bath rooms, new kitchen and furniture in Scandinavian design. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor and has an elevator. Smoking is only allowed outside on the terraces.
There is a big pool and two tennis courts for the tenants. Entrance to the pool is 2 € per person for half a day. Tennis is paid per hour.
The pool is open from mid May to end of September.
