  • Well-situated pool-villas of high standard in the Provence – Côte d’Azur area and in Tuscany and Umbria.
  • Various types of high quality accommodation in all regions of France and Italy.

Tenants

  • Our tenants are reliable and very careful. A high proportion are Scandinavian, however, a great many of our clients are from various other countries around the world, Germany, Great Britain, U.S and Canada, just to mention a few.
  • Security deposit. A security deposit is always required for eventual damage to the property.

Conditions for rental through Provacances

  • Provacances is not an advertisement-site – therefore, the presentation of the property on our website is free of charge, however:
    • We do charge a commission on the rental amount. Consequently, owners who rent out privately should expect a slightly lower weekly net income, but in return, they will have a higher yearly occupancy rate.
  • Clients can make on-line reservations on the website, and for that reason Provacances should always be updated on occupied rental periods.

  • Profitable business. Reasonable rental prices which assure a high occupancy rate in all seasons.
  • Close collaboration with Provacances – permanent up to date information on rentals.
  • Advice on practical issues concerning the rental.
  • The owner himself can either be in charge of the practical side concerning the rental or he can leave it to Provacances. There will always be a specific person attached to the house
  • Extensive advertising. International exposure.
  • Precise description of the holiday house with possibility of numerous photos.
  • General view of rented periods.
  • Owner-login with possibility of reservation of own periods as well as payment information and rental calendar.
  • Pre-payment. Monthly pre-payment for rental starts within the actual month.
  • Newsletter presentation of new holiday houses to our important client database.
  • The owner is free to use his house as he wishes; however, Provacances should have it minimum 6 weeks in the high season (July and August).
  • Various types of rentals:
    • Weekly rentals
    • Mini-holiday rentals out of high season. The owners can indicate if they want the possibility of mini-holiday rentals with available arrival dates.
    • Long term rentals. In the low season it is possible to rent the property for longer periods. Typical discount - 30 % for a 4 week rental and - 50 % for an 8 week rental.
    • Last minute rentals. The property can be rented out with a discount of 20 % if the rental period starts within 4 weeks after reservation.
  • Insurance. We strongly recommend owners to take out insurance covering eventual damages to the rental property.
